Heidi Jones, WABC New York City

New York City.  The Big Apple.  If you can make it there, you can make it anywhere, so they say.  That's probably because it's such a horrible place to exist.  Anyway, New York does have one thing to hang their hat on -- ABC 7's Heidi Jones, who is pretty fricking awesome.  Leave it to a big time news outfit like WABC to come up with such a great plan to get ratings.
